UI / UX Design
A personal travel companion app designed from the ground up — combining travel guide creation and diary journaling into one seamless experience that turns every trip into a story worth keeping.
01 — The Challenge
Travel memories are too often scattered across camera rolls, note apps, and social platforms — fragmented, disorganised, and eventually forgotten. Wandr set out to build a dedicated personal space where travelers could write detailed travel guides, capture daily diary entries on the road, and look back on every journey as a cohesive, beautifully curated story.
Our design goal was simple: make recording feel as natural as the travel itself. Open the app, write the moment. Come home, and find your notes already shaped into a personal travel handbook — ready to revisit, share, or keep forever.
02 — Design Direction
We anchored the visual design in the tension between analog warmth and digital efficiency — making the guide editor feel like a premium travel notebook where users can insert photos, pin locations, tag weather and mood, and even sketch hand-drawn maps. The diary mode is built around a timeline view, threading each day's footsteps into a living, scrollable travel story.
Attractions, restaurants, transport, and budgets are broken into drag-and-drop card modules — making guide writing as intuitive as building with blocks, never starting from a blank page.
One tap opens today's diary entry, with GPS location and timestamp auto-filled. Travelers focus entirely on words and photos — the app quietly fills in the rest.
After every trip, diary entries, photos, and mapped locations are automatically woven into a visual timeline — a shareable or private personal travel handbook generated without any extra effort.
Both guides and diary entries work completely offline. Record freely on the road with no signal — everything syncs seamlessly to the cloud the moment connectivity returns.

Motion & Animation Design
A motion-led product introduction that transforms technical features into a compelling visual narrative — making complex functionality instantly understandable and irresistibly watchable.
02 — Project Overview
EasyCard Pay (悠遊付) is a mobile payment app issued by EasyCard Corporation Taiwan, designed with students as its core audience. This motion project covered two key objectives: guiding new users through the account registration flow, and showcasing exclusive welcome offers tailored specifically for first-time student members.
Beyond onboarding, the animation highlights how the app integrates into everyday student life — from transit and campus payments to cashless spending — making daily routines more seamless, more connected, and more rewarding.
The animation breaks down the onboarding process into clear, digestible steps — guiding new student users from download to first payment with zero confusion and maximum confidence.
Exclusive first-time member benefits are presented through energetic motion sequences — making promotions feel rewarding and immediate, not buried in fine print.
Every scene is crafted around real student scenarios — commuting, campus life, cashless spending — so the audience sees themselves reflected in the product from the very first frame.
Animation timing, colour, and character design align tightly with EasyCard Pay's approachable, youthful identity — reinforcing brand recognition across every touchpoint of the film.

An enterprise platform purpose-built for ESG compliance — helping organisations embed carbon management into every level of corporate governance, from facility operations to executive decision-making.
01 — The Challenge
As ESG reporting becomes both a regulatory requirement and a boardroom priority, enterprises face a critical gap: emissions data scattered across facilities, suppliers, and product lines — recorded inconsistently, impossible to consolidate, and nearly impossible to act on. Management teams are being held accountable for carbon targets they cannot yet clearly measure.
The brief was to design a platform that goes deeper than reporting — one that embeds greenhouse gas tracking into the operational fabric of each business unit, making decarbonisation a data-driven management discipline rather than a compliance exercise.
02 — The Solution
The platform provides a structured input layer for each management tier — allowing facility operators, sustainability teams, and product managers to independently log emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3 categories. Every record is linked to a specific source, department, and reporting period, building a fully auditable and traceable emissions history.
At the analysis layer, all collected data is synthesised into interactive statistical dashboards — with trend analysis, reduction progress tracking, department-level breakdowns, and product lifecycle visualisations — giving leadership the clarity they need to set targets, allocate resources, and report with confidence.
The platform guides users through a structured two-step process — first completing the emission inventory system, then filling out the audit checklist — reducing errors and ensuring complete data submission at every stage.
Each emission source across Categories 2 to 6 undergoes a value chain analysis to determine materiality — with Yes/No significance indicators helping organisations prioritise which emission types require immediate action.
Category 1 inventory forms allow facility teams to log equipment-level data — including refrigerant type, unit count, fill quantities, and calculated emissions — with inline upload support for certification documents.
The dashboard aggregates multi-year emission records into six category trend charts — with branch-level filtering and year-range selection — giving management a clear, comparative view of carbon reduction progress over time.

A study of the inflection point between the world we know and the world technology is already building — where digital and life converge, and the decisions made today determine who leads tomorrow.
01 — The Challenge
There are rare moments in history when technology stops being a tool and starts being the terrain itself. We are inside one of those moments now. The convergence of AI, connected devices, and ambient computing is not approaching — it is already restructuring how people move, decide, communicate, and live.
The challenge is not predicting what comes next. It is recognising that the present is already the future arriving — and that the organisations, products, and ideas that acknowledge this shift today are the ones that will define the decade.
02 — The Perspective
This work maps the inflection — the precise point where digital infrastructure and human life stop being parallel tracks and begin to merge. Not as speculation, but as observation: the signals are already visible in how we pay, how we move through cities, how we access healthcare, how we learn, and how we relate to one another. Today is not the beginning of change. Today is the moment we choose to see it clearly.
The boundary between physical experience and digital layer is dissolving. Spaces, objects, and interactions are becoming programmable — and the products built for this reality will not look like the ones we use today.
Decisions that once required human judgment are now being augmented, accelerated, and in some cases replaced by systems that learn in real time. The question is no longer whether — it is who shapes the values these systems carry.
The pace of technological adoption has outgrown the pace of institutional adaptation. Organisations that still operate on annual cycles are already behind. The shift rewards those who can sense, decide, and move within the same moment.
Every technology that will define 2030 already exists in some form today — in research labs, in early products, in the behaviour of early adopters. The future is not hidden. It is simply unevenly distributed, waiting to be recognised.

Social Media Marketing
A full-funnel social media marketing engagement — building brand presence, driving audience growth, and converting followers into loyal customers through strategic content and paid amplification.
01 — The Challenge
Most brands show up on social media — but very few show up with intention. Posting without a content strategy, audience insight, or clear conversion goal produces activity that looks busy but generates nothing of value. Follower counts grow slowly, engagement stays flat, and the business sees no return on the time invested.
The brief was to build a social media engine from the ground up — defining the brand's voice, content mix, and platform strategy, then executing it consistently across channels with the creative quality and strategic discipline needed to turn social presence into a genuine growth driver.
02 — The Execution
We built the strategy around a three-tier content model — Awareness content to reach new audiences, Engagement content to deepen relationships with existing followers, and Conversion content to drive direct action. Each piece of content was assigned a purpose before a pixel was placed. Organic content was paired with targeted paid amplification, ensuring the highest-performing creative reached the audiences most likely to act.
Deep audience research — behaviour patterns, platform habits, content preferences, and peak engagement windows — formed the foundation of every strategic and creative decision, ensuring content was built for the people it needed to reach.
A structured monthly content calendar across awareness, engagement, and conversion pillars ensured consistent publishing cadence, seasonal relevance, and creative variety — without sacrificing brand coherence across any touchpoint.
Top-performing organic content was identified early and amplified through targeted paid campaigns — using lookalike audiences, interest-based targeting, and retargeting funnels to maximise reach and drive measurable conversion outcomes.
Weekly performance reviews tracked reach, engagement rate, link clicks, and cost-per-result across all channels — feeding insights back into the content and targeting strategy in real time to continuously improve output quality and efficiency.
